Join us in creating the digital experience for iconic gaming resorts worldwide! The Caesars Entertainment Digital Products team crafts customer experiences that captivate millions annually across our global brands, including Caesars Palace, The Flamingo, The Row, Horseshoe, Harrah’s, Paris, Nobu Hotel, and more.

Based in Las Vegas and reporting to the Vice President of Digital Product & Delivery, this leadership role oversees the development and delivery of our Caesars booking engine. Key responsibilities include: 1) providing a digital interface for our guests' personalized Caesars hospitality eCommerce experience; 2) enabling secure financial transactions; and 3) facilitating reservation bookings across our properties.

This role involves defining and fostering a shared understanding of the digital customer experience, aligning with strategic goals, and achieving key business results. The Product Owner collaborates with leadership, stakeholders, and team members to define features, customer journey maps, user story maps, user stories, and wireframes. The leader is accountable for launching digital product capabilities from ideation to implementation, as well as ongoing support and optimization throughout the product lifecycle. Additionally, they will lead the adoption of modern change management principles and stakeholder engagement from the outset.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), Lean Product Management, and User Experience Design, coupled with a passion for creating exceptional guest-facing experiences. They will ensure teams adhere to shared design and code standards for efficiency and scalability.

This Product Owner will actively participate in our Lean Product Management community of practice, including bi-weekly discussions and continuous learning through books, podcasts, and articles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Empathy: Demonstrate deep passion and empathy for the customer experience.
  2. Product Readiness: Define and collaborate to qualify Features/Epics according to our standards of 'Ready'.
  3. Product Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of digital experiences across various channels.
  4. Team Communication: Engage actively with team members to define, prioritize, and address customer needs.
  5. Leadership/Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, highlighting issues impacting budget, timeline, or strategy.
  6. Product Standards: Adhere to eCommerce digital principles, standards, and practices.
  7. Product Quality: Deliver defect-free products to customers.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a digital product, design, or engineering role within an agile team.
  • Experience delivering high-quality digital products in the market.
  • Portfolio demonstrating products and customer journeys.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and handling sensitive data appropriately.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Strong curiosity about emerging digital trends and translating them into seamless customer experiences.
  • Proactive work ethic.

Additional Relevant Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud (AEM Sites, Target, Analytics) or similar MarTech tools.
