Join Ford as a Product Manager on the Ford Digital Team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences (CX) and enabling a best-in-class support and self-help experience for our owners. You will advocate for AI and create engaging experiences, using data and competitor insights to improve our services. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement and trust through seamless, secure digital interactions.
The ideal candidate will have experience building digital support experiences, understanding consumer search behaviors, and creating knowledge bases, FAQs, chatbots, and live chat solutions for e-commerce or retail environments.
This is a fully remote position, but candidates who can work hybrid in Dearborn, MI are preferred. Onsite work of up to three days per week may be required for those within commuting distance of a Ford hub. ESD hours are also expected.
