Job summary

Molina Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager to lead delivery and maintenance of enterprise products.

You will own the product vision, backlog, and delivery outcomes, ensuring solutions align with regulatory requirements and enterprise strategy while partnering with engineering, data, QA, and operations teams. You will translate complex technical concepts into actionable business requirements, write clear epics and user stories, and guide agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with enterprise platforms, data solutions, or operational systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Owns and communicates a clear product vision aligned to strategy and outcomes.
Prioritizes work based on business impact, regulatory requirements, risk, and dependencies.
Acts as the single point of accountability for product decisions and acceptance of work.
Writes and maintains high-quality epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Leads backlog refinement and active participation in Agile ceremonies.
Ensures product delivery aligns with security, regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.
