Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Salesforce Technical Product Owner with deep healthcare domain expertise to drive Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud and Service Cloud. You will translate approved features into detailed user stories and manage dependencies for Agile teams.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of Salesforce experience, strong technical product ownership, and knowledge of Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.

Qualifications

8–10 years of Salesforce experience in PO/BA roles.
Experience as Technical Product Owner or Lead Salesforce Analyst.
Strong Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud knowledge.
Familiar with Salesforce integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

Translate business features into detailed Salesforce user stories and tasks.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and grooming with teams.
Act as liaison between Product, Business, Architecture, QA and Eng.
Own end-to-end story development aligned with business goals.
Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and blockers.
Provide guidance to Salesforce development teams throughout delivery.
Ensure solutions support healthcare workflows and regulatory needs.
Support UAT, release planning, and deployments.
