Job summary

This full-time freelance role focuses on LLM/agentic and GenAI initiatives, including shaping vision, roadmaps, and agent autonomy, across FinTech, B2B software, and e-commerce projects.
The position is remote, with CET working hours, and a project duration of around 3 months.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production.
- Experience with GenAI project vision and roadmaps.
- Ability to define acceptance criteria for non-deterministic features.
- Experience designing the scope of agent autonomy.
- Experience managing product economics.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with analysts, engineers, and legal.
- Excellent English and Polish language skills.
