Job summary

Casey’s Store Support Center in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Product Owner for the Team Member Experience (TMX) team. You will partner with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering to shape digital experiences across Web, App, and Marketing, driving loyalty and personalization initiatives.

You’ll own backlog hygiene, write stories, define acceptance criteria, and coordinate readiness for releases. Requires 5+ years in product ownership, CSPO a plus, and experience with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years in product ownership with CSPO considered a plus.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product manager and stakeholders to understand goals and prioritize work.
• Manage intake, research outcomes, and backlog for Web, App, and Marketing channels.
• Collaborate with engineering on infrastructure-related decisions and prioritization.
• Use data to drive platform improvements and new features.
• Maintain backlog health, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Build strong stakeholder partnerships and coordinate readiness for releases.
• Ensure smooth launch readiness through reviews and defect triage.
• Align with other product owners to maintain agile delivery discipline.
