Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Product Owner, Operations Finance to shape digital finance products. This role can be based at any Eaton site in the continental U.S., with up to 25% travel.

Salary ranges from $97,000 to $143,000 annually. You’ll partner with senior product owners and technology teams to define requirements and drive backlog, user stories, testing, and rollout.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in finance/tech/analytic roles, experience with ERP and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business, finance, technology, or analytical role or have successfully completed Eaton’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP).
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position; within 50-mile radius of an Eaton site will be considered; Active-Duty Military candidates are exempt.

Responsibilities

• Product Alignment – Define user needs, personas, and product goals aligned with finance and digital strategy.
• Product Creation – Prioritize backlog, oversee user stories, test, and guide sprint delivery.
• Product Deployment – Develop training materials, lead user communications, and manage rollout and adoption.
• Ongoing Product Support – Establish monitoring, coordinate with support teams, analyze adoption and metrics.
• Continuous Improvement – Evaluate features, synthesize feedback, and drive innovations with senior owners.
