Innova Solutions is hiring a Product Owner for Digital Applications & Integration Platform in Philadelphia, hybrid, on a 12+ month contract. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in product roles, plus experience delivering enterprise web applications and APIs.

You will work with engineering to translate business needs into precise requirements, manage user stories, and prioritize backlogs. The role requires strong communication and ability to coordinate multiple products, with a pay range

Qualifikationen

5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, software product delivery, or enterprise application development.
Experience supporting the development and delivery of custom web applications or digital products.
Experience working directly with Engineering teams to translate customer and business needs into clear product and technical requirements.
Experience defining application functionality, user journeys, workflows, business rules, system interactions, and integration requirements.
Experience with products involving APIs, system integrations, B2B capabilities, or other technically complex workflows.
Demonstrated ability to take products or capabilities from discovery and requirements definition through implementation, launch, and continuous improvement.
Experience developing and managing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
Ability to understand interactions across web applications, APIs, integration services, data, and downstream systems without requiring software-development expertise.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple products or workstreams while making effective prioritization and scope decisions.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Product Owner - Digital Applications & Integration Platform

Position type: Contract

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19102 (Hybrid)

As a Product Owner-Digital Applications & Integration Platform, you will:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

E xperience with enterprise integration or data platforms.
Experience with RESTful APIs, API-enabled applications, or B2B integrations.
Familiarity with event-driven architecture or streaming technologies.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Alight, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $65 - $67/per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
