Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a data-driven Product Owner to champion a modern data hub initiative. You will bridge business strategy with IT execution, ensuring steady-state operations in Phase 1 while shaping roadmaps for future phases across multiple years.

You will govern data quality, ensure governance across CPQ, OCC and EBS downstream systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard and deploy new capabilities with governance best practices.

Qualifications

• Domain knowledge in data governance, data quality and data lifecycle processes.
• Prior experience with Oracle PDH and/or Informatica MDM preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlogs in Jira or Azure DevOps, and sprint ceremonies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and ability to translate tech concepts to business.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and prioritize the business backlog for the PDH/MDM platform.
• Lead Phase 1 steady-state transition and future implementation phases over 2–4 years.
• Establish data governance policies, standards, and quality metrics across systems.
• Loster liaison between IT/development and business stakeholders to ensure needs are met.
• Drive platform adoption, training, documentation, and SME support.
