Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the Oracle PDH/Informatica MDM initiative from the business side. You will bridge business strategy with IT execution, drive steady-state operations for Phase 1, and shape future phases across cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

You will ensure data consistency, governance and tool adoption, while guiding stakeholders and delivering training and documentation to support ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data governance principles and data quality management.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) or Product Data Management (PDH/MDM) systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum backlogs and sprint ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the business backlog for the PDH/MDM platform.
• Lead phased implementations and ensure business readiness for future phases.
• Establish data governance policies and quality metrics across systems.
