Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Phoenix seeks an experienced Product Owner to champion Oracle PDH and Informatica MDM initiatives. You will bridge business strategy with IT, ensure data quality, and drive steady-state operations across phases.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and Marketing to align requirements, govern data, and guide adoption with training and documentation. Travel may be required to support delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data governance and data quality management.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) or Product Data Hub (PDH) is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and backlog management using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and prioritize the business backlog for the PDH/MDM platform.
• Lead Phase 1 transition and prepare for future implementation Phases over 2–4 years.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and data quality metrics.
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders to align needs.
• Drive change management with training, documentation, and SME support.
