Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a data-savvy Product Owner to lead the Oracle PDH and Informatica MDM implementation from the business side. You will bridge business strategy and IT execution, ensure steady-state excellence for Phase 1, and define roadmaps for future phases across 2–4 years.

You will drive data governance, quality, and governance across CPQ, OCC, and EBS, partnering with cross-functional teams to onboard, design, test, and deploy.

Qualifications

• Domain knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle processes.
• Experience with Oracle PDH and/or Informatica MDM preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlogs in Jira or Azure DevOps, and sprint ceremonies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the business backlog for the PDH/MDM platform and translate needs into user stories.
• Lead Phase 1 steady-state transition and plan future implementations over 2–4 years.
• Establish data governance, standards, and quality metrics across systems.
• Serve as liaison between IT and business stakeholders to meet needs.
• Deliver change management, training, and SME support.
