Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a data-savvy Product Owner to champion the Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) and Informatica MDM rollout. You will bridge business strategy and IT execution, guiding Phase 1 to steady state and shaping future phases over the next 2–4 years.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner/PM/Business Data Analyst with Master Data Management (MDM) or Product Data Management systems
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of data structures, governance principles, data quality and data lifecycle processes
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and vice versa
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and prioritize the backlog for the Oracle PDH/Informatica MDM platform
• Lead phased implementation from Phase 1 to steady state and plan future phases
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and quality metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing) to meet business needs
• Drive adoption through training, documentation, and SME support
