CITY HOME’s Corporate/Showroom team is seeking a Business Analyst and Product Owner for Data Analytics. You’ll bridge business leaders and the technology team, translating questions into requirements and owning the analytics backlog to deliver actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in BA/PO roles, strong SQL and BI tool skills (Power BI/Tableau/Looker), and thrives in an Agile environment. Hybrid onsite Tue–Thu; remote Mon/Fri, Tamarac, FL.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Data Analyst with requirements gathering and data/reporting delivery.
• Strong ability to translate business questions into clear data requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum backlog management and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and metric standardization practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes and reporting needs.
• Translate KPIs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the tech team.
• Define data needs, data sources, and success metrics for each initiative.
• Own and prioritize the analytics backlog, balancing stakeholder requests with technical feasibility.
• Represent the business in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospectives).
• Validate dashboards and data products against requirements and drive user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Establish consistent metric definitions and data governance standards.
