Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 3 years of related experience in product ownership, business analysis, or technical product management, preferably analytics or data products.
• Strong experience with Product Backlog, wireframes, user stories, mockups, and JIRA.
• Hands-on data querying skills (SQL or Python) and experience with Databricks.
• Experience designing conceptual and logical data models and acting as liaison between business and engineering.
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience applying AI/LLM tools in a product or analytics context.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog for assigned data products end-to-end and serve as liaison between business and engineering.
• Develop deep product expertise by understanding business users, value proposition, workflows, and data assets.
• Translate goals into clear, actionable user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria grounded in data.
• Design conceptual data models and collaborate with data architects and engineers to implement them.
• Lead agile ceremonies (scrum, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews) to drive clarity and alignment.
• Define and own success metrics for products and features and report business impact post-release.
• Apply AI throughout the product lifecycle to accelerate analysis and prototyping.
