Job summary

City Home is seeking a Business Analyst/Product Owner for Data Analytics to bridge business needs with technology due to our growing data initiatives. You will own the backlog and ensure data solutions deliver actionable insights.

You’ll collaborate with executives, department leaders, and IT to translate questions into technical requirements and ensure dashboards meet business goals. Remote-friendly and hybrid options available.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Data Analyst.
Experience gathering requirements and delivering data or reporting solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication for business and technical audiences.
Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data governance.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes and decisions.
Translate questions and KPIs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Define data needs, definitions, and success metrics for initiatives.
Own and prioritize the product backlog for data and analytics initiatives.
Represent the business in Agile ceremonies and drive UAT for dashboards and data products.
