Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Owner in Charlotte, NC to serve as the primary DSCX contact for UCC, translating business needs into personalized communications. You will work with CX, engineering, design, marketing, and support to design scalable experiences.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in product ownership plus 2+ years in project management, with strong Jira and MS Office skills. Telecommunications and Spectrum experience are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Product Owner experience, plus 2+ years of project management experience; if candidate has 6+ years of digital producing and product owner experience, they would be considered.
• Skills: Personal computer and software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Proficiency with Jira
• Skills: Analyze and synthesize complex data, Project management, communication
• Telecommunications experience is a plus but not required
• Previous work experience at Spectrum is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with Journey Owners and complete BRDs for communications projects.
• Act as the technical and experience liaison for comms projects with UCC and development group.
• Create input tickets for UCC and groom projects to ensure clear details for communications.
• Manage our teams' Roadmap and Backlog structure board in Jira, aligned to UCC delivery dates.
• Review communications for clarity, experience, technical parameter verification, and alignment with intended experience.
• Oversee communications like email, SMS, RCS, push notifications and more.
