Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Technical Product Owner, Digital Experience, to shape and deliver customer-focused digital solutions across mobile, web, and API-enabled experiences. You will partner with stakeholders and agile teams to translate complex needs into actionable delivery objects that create measurable value.

The role emphasizes strong communication, ambiguity management, and collaboration across business and engineering teams, with hybrid onsite work in Atlanta or Frisco.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in user design, business, or related technical fields.
• SAFe Product Owner/Manager certification or equivalent.
• Experience with REST API design and API-driven delivery.
• Experience refining stories and managing backlogs in Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for digital experience projects across mobile, web, marketing campaigns, and API experiences.
• Capture, clarify, and document business and technical requirements and align workstreams.
• Translate requirements into Epics, Features, Capabilities, and Stories.
• Collaborate with scrum teams to ensure readiness and acceptance criteria.
• Review delivery objects for Definition of Done and support API design discussions.
• Provide timely status updates on risks, blockers, and outcomes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and build strong stakeholder relationships.
