Qualifications

• PM/PO role supporting enterprise digital products.
• Experience bringing customer-facing digital products from discovery through launch.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, backlog management, and roadmap planning.
• Experience translating business requirements and customer needs into scalable product solutions.
• Proven track record to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with technical and business audiences.
• Experience using customer insights and data-driven analysis to guide product decisions.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar product lifecycle management tools.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and business priorities into strategic initiatives.
• Prioritize investments that enhance customer experience and support growth.
• Lead backlog management and prioritization using Agile practices.
