Job summary

Gallagher Bassett seeks a Product Owner for Claim Intake Modernization to lead a digital, AI-powered omnichannel transformation. You will own end-to-end product responsibility, from vision and roadmap to delivery, balancing business value with technical feasibility.

You will drive conversations across stakeholders, manage the backlog, and guide design and development teams to deliver scalable intake experiences, leveraging AI/ML and NLP to improve accuracy and cycle times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Engineering with 7 years in product development.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap and delivery for claim intake.
• Lead AI-powered, conversational intake initiatives.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Coordinate backlog, sprint planning and delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with vendors across platforms to align roadmaps and SLAs.
