  • Experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Pricing Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong experience with pricing processes, commercial models, revenue management, or profitability analysis.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into system functionality.
  • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, business rules, and test scenarios.
  • Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand pricing logic, financial impacts, data dependencies, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Business Systems Analyst with strong pricing expertise to support the design and delivery of pricing products, processes, and systems. This role will work closely with pricing, finance, sales, technology, data, and operations teams to translate commercial objectives into clear requirements and effective system solutions.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $125k - $135k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Requirements:

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with CPQ, ERP, CRM, pricing engines, product catalogues, or revenue management platforms.
  • Knowledge of discounts, rebates, promotions, segmentation, price elasticity, and margin management.
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Relevant product ownership, business analysis, or Agile certification.
