Job summary

Synechron, a global consulting firm, seeks a Product Owner / Business Systems Analyst to shape pricing products and systems. You will partner with pricing, finance, sales, technology, data, and operations to convert commercial objectives into clear requirements and effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Pricing Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience with pricing processes, commercial models, revenue management, or profitability analysis.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system functionality.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, business rules, and test scenarios.
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand pricing logic, financial impacts, data dependencies, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the pricing product backlog and roadmap.
• Gather, analyze, and document pricing requirements and business rules.
• Translate pricing strategies into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and system functionality.
• Support pricing models, price lists, discounts, promotions, rebates, approvals, and margin controls.
• Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and system gaps.
• Collaborate with technology and delivery teams through design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, backlog refinement, demos, and user acceptance testing.
• Support pricing data, reporting, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Promote effective pricing governance, documentation, and user adoption.
