Job summary

Zodiac Solutions, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong KYC experience to collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technology groups to deliver KYC and client onboarding solutions.

You will gather and document requirements, define BRDs, FRDs and user stories, map processes, support SDLC activities, and ensure regulatory alignment through UAT and defect resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong hands-on experience in KYC / Client Onboarding / AML / CDD / EDD.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT.
• Good understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities
