Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to define requirements and improve KYC/AML processes across Cards, Payments, or Retail Banking, onsite in Irving, TX or Tampa, FL.

You will partner with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure compliant, scalable solutions, create BRD/FRD and user stories, and support UAT and implementation.

Qualificações

• 8–12 years of Business Analysis experience with KYC/AML/CDD.
• Strong data analysis and MS Office skills.
• Experience with BA tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and process mapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to define requirements, enhance processes, and support technology initiatives across Cards, Payments, or Retail Banking functions. The role involves partnering with business and technology teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document KYC/AML business requirements
• Analyze customer onboarding and KYC processes
• Create BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, and business rules
• Work with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams
• Analyze KYC data and identify process gaps/improvements
• Support UAT, testing, defect resolution, and implementation
• Ensure solutions align with KYC/AML regulatory and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Business Analysis experience with KYC / AML / Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
• Strong skills in data analysis and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with BA tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, process mapping, and documentation.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
