Job summary

Trinetix in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Product Owner to blend business analysis with product ownership, define and prioritize product requirements, and translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams, own the backlog, refine requirements, and support sprint planning and Agile ceremonies using Azure DevOps, Confluence or SharePoint, Miro, Microsoft Teams and Excel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner
• Strong SCRUM and Agile experience
• Advanced English and professional communication
• Experience with backlog management and writing clear user stories
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and product leadership
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence/SharePoint, Miro

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to understand business needs and define product requirements
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and prioritized
• Lead backlog refinement sessions and support sprint planning
• Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Prioritize requirements based on business value and delivery priorities
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Support decision-making by identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Maintain product documentation using Azure DevOps, Confluence/SharePoint, Miro
• Support Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement of the process
