• Experience as Product Owner and/or project manager in an agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methods.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories and tasks.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration across business and technical teams.
• Comfortable working in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the PartsPool US product backlog, aligning with vision, objectives, and customer needs.
• Maintain a current, prioritized backlog with clear user stories and tasks for the dev team.
• Gather requirements and communicate with stakeholders, balancing needs with feasibility.
• Make trade-off decisions across priorities, resources and timelines using market and customer insights.
• Participate actively in sprint planning and reviews to ensure ready work for the team.
• Collaborate with Software Development and QA to meet requirements and quality standards.
• Work with Product Management, DevOps, IT and Legal to clearly communicate requirements across functions.
