Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SCRUM and Agile delivery practices.
• Advanced English with strong professional communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, development teams, and product leadership.
• Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs by business value and priorities.
• Experience backlog refinement, defining acceptance criteria, and writing clear user stories.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Teams, Excel, Confluence/SharePoint, and Miro.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions and support effective sprint planning.

• Prioritize requirements based on business value, stakeholder needs, dependencies, and delivery priorities.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements while maintaining alignment between business and engineering teams.
• Support product decision-making by identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain product and requirements documentation using tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence/SharePoint, Miro, etc.
• Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the product development process.
