Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States seeks a Product Owner for B2B integration and EDI to define vision, roadmap, and strategy across enterprise platforms. You will partner with stakeholders, customers, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions that boost customer and partner experiences while accelerating growth.

The role reports to the Somerset, NJ office on a hybrid schedule and requires 5+ years in product roles, expertise in EDI/B2B integration, and travel about 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Product Owner/PM/BA/EDI Analyst or related role.
• Experience with enterprise integration, supply chain, procurement, or order management.
• Ability to travel 10%

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for B2B integration and EDI platform capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders, customers, trading partners, and engineering to prioritize initiatives.
• Drive modernization of EDI, cXML, partner onboarding, and integration platform adoption.
• Translate business requirements into prioritized features and technical solutions.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, and releases.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to transaction success, onboarding velocity, and stability.
• Collaborate with operations, support, and engineering to improve scalability and observability.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and value to leadership.
