Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Product Owner – B2B & EDI Integrations to define and execute the vision, roadmap, and product strategy for enterprise B2B integration and EDI platform capabilities.

This role partners with business stakeholders, customers, trading partners, and technology teams to deliver scalable integration solutions that enhance customer and partner experiences, support growth, and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong ability to engage across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for B2B integration and EDI capabilities.
• Translate partner requirements into prioritized product features and solutions.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release prioritization.
• Define KPI metrics for transactions, onboarding velocity, and platform reliability.
