Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Product Owner for B2B and EDI integrations to define strategy, roadmap, and backlog for enterprise integration capabilities.

You will work with business stakeholders, customers, trading partners, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance experiences and efficiency. The role reports to the Somerset, NJ office on a hybrid basis and requires collaboration across departments to drive adoption and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, EDI Analyst, or related role.
• Experience supporting enterprise integration, supply chain, procurement, order management, or customer-facing business processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Ability to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for B2B integration and EDI platform capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders, customers, trading partners, and engineering teams to prioritize integration initiatives.
• Drive modernization of EDI, cXML, onboarding, and platform adoption.
• Translate business requirements into prioritized product features and technical solutions.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, and release prioritization.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to transaction success, onboarding velocity, platform reliability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, support, and engineering to improve scalability and observability.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and business value to leadership.
