Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Product Owner for Physician Ambient Clinical Documentation in Nashville. You will own the product vision, define MVPs, and manage OKRs to deliver value for physicians and documenting providers.

You will lead a cross-functional pod with clinical informatics, EHR teams, Data/AI, and security to implement scalable ambient documentation capabilities, ensuring privacy, safety, and high-quality user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred for healthcare leadership or informatics.
• 7+ years in Product Ownership/Management in healthcare or clinical tech.
• Experience with physician documentation workflows is preferred.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar Agile cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, MVP, and OKRs for ambient clinical documentation.
• Lead cross-functional pod to design, implement, and scale ambient docs.
• Partner with physician leaders, EHR/platform teams, Data/AI, security, and legal.
• Manage backlog and ensure clinical workflow fit, privacy, and quality.
• Drive adoption, measure outcomes, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure safe, compliant AI-enabled documentation with defined safeguards.
