Job summary

HCA Healthcare’s Digital Transformation and Innovation (DT&I) team seeks a Product Owner for Nursing Ambient Clinical Documentation. You will own the vision, MVP, and outcomes, guiding a cross-functional pod to deliver clinically safe, efficient documentation that integrates with EHR systems.

You will collaborate with nursing leaders, informatics, data/AI, engineering, privacy, and compliance to ensure workflows fit clinical practice and protect patient information while delivering a

Qualifications

• Health informatics or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred in healthcare, informatics, or business.
• 7+ years in product ownership or equivalent leadership roles.
• Experience delivering digital healthcare products with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and MVP for Nursing Ambient Clinical Documentation.
• Lead cross-functional pod including nursing, IT, and QA teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and manage product backlog.
• Balance clinical risk, user experience, and value delivery.
