Job summary
Kforce is seeking a Product Owner in Miami, FL to own and execute the roadmap for digital casino loyalty and rewards across web and mobile platforms. You will translate business objectives into prioritized requirements, manage Agile backlogs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Casino Operations.
You will drive loyalty features, analyze user behavior and KPIs, and lead initiatives from concept to launch.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of Product Owner or Product Management experience for consumer-facing web and mobile apps.
- Experience delivering digital products across the full product lifecycle.
- Experience using Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for discovery, research, or prototyping.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product roadmap for digital casino loyalty and rewards experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Translate business objectives into prioritized product requirements, user stories, and actionable development plans.
- Manage and maintain Agile backlogs, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and acceptance testing.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Casino Operations.
- Drive loyalty, rewards, promotions, personalization, and gamification features.
- Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and product performance to identify enhancements.
- Define, monitor, and improve KPIs related to customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Lead product initiatives from concept through launch and continuous optimization.
- Communicate product vision, priorities, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends and digital product innovations.
