Job summary

Conch Technologies Inc. seeks a Product Owner to drive digital product strategy and backlog for consumer-facing apps. The role is onsite in Downtown Miami, FL (3–4 days a week on site) for a 3–6 month contract-to-hire engagement.

You will partner with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver, iterate, and scale mobile and web products with loyalty/engagement features. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in product management, strong analytics, and experience with agile processes, plus

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital product management for consumer apps and web products.
• Experience launching and scaling mobile and web products with loyalty/engagement ecosystems.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate product-management work (research, discovery, prototyping).
• Owns an agile backlog: write user stories, prioritize, groom with engineering, plan sprints, and acceptance tests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with product analytics to drive decisions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; aligns cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with loyalty, rewards/offers platforms, co-brand cards, or casino marketing.
• Knowledge of gaming or hospitality systems; social or gamified experiences a plus.

Position: Product Owner

• Demonstrated success launching and scaling mobile and web products, including familiarity with modern app technologies and digital loyalty/engagement ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate product-management work, including research, discovery, requirements writing, design exploration, prototyping, or vibe coding.
• Experience owning an agile backlog - writing user stories, prioritizing, and partnering with engineering through grooming, sprint planning, and acceptance testing (Jira or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using product analytics to drive decisions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with proven ability to align cross-functional and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with loyalty, rewards/offers platforms, co-brand credit card programs, or casino marketing.
• Knowledge of gaming or hospitality systems; social or gamified experiences a plus.
• MS, MBA, or other relevant advanced degree.
