Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision and strategy for Charlie capabilities.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize the backlog.
• Lead backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, and HLD documentation.
• Collaborate across Sierra AI, Mulesoft ESB, and APIs teams.
• Track ROI, containment, deflection, and customer satisfaction metrics.
