Job summary

HomeServe USA Corp. is seeking a Product Owner for Sierra Customer Charlie to lead the development and continuous enhancement of the AI-powered virtual assistant.

You will own the full lifecycle, from opportunity identification through go-live and operations, guiding the roadmap and design across multiple technical partners. The role emphasizes collaboration with Business and IT teams, measurement of containment and deflection metrics, and driving customer self-service to improve the experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, business, or related field.
• 5–7 years in product management or Agile delivery leadership.
• Certifications: SAFe, POPM, CSPO, CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Charlie product backlog, vision, and roadmap; drive value and ROI.
• Collaborate with Automation, Contact Center, Marketing/Compliance for priorities.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and cross-team dependencies; ensure alignment with architecture.
