Job summary

HomeServe USA in Norwalk, CT is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and governance of enterprise AI initiatives. You will align technology roadmaps with business goals and oversee multiple concurrent AI programs.

Working with cross‑functional teams, you will define data flows, security, and deployment patterns for generative AI, LLMs, and conversational interfaces, ensuring scalable, reliable solutions aligned to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• 12+ years of experience in systems/solution architecture and related fields.
• Experience guiding enterprise‑wide AI architectures and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and govern enterprise AI architecture and technical vision.
• Design API integrations and data flows across the enterprise.
• Provide architectural guidance to AI product and engineering teams.
• Define scalable, secure patterns for LLMs, model services, and AI platforms.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, data, and infrastructure to meet standards.
