Job summary

Darize is seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive agentic AI solutions for customer-service and contact-center environments. The role focuses on moving beyond traditional Q&A to proactive actions and task delegation, delivering faster, more reliable support.

You will identify high-value use cases, work with stakeholders and engineering teams, and prioritize the backlog to balance value, risk, and feasibility. A strong emphasis on speech, UX, and trust boundaries guides development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years leading product-ownership or product-management for customer-facing contact-center apps.
• Experience with omnichannel solutions, especially voice and chat.
• Strong understanding of speech recognition and user experience design.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize agentic AI use cases with high business value and ROI.
• Define end-to-end agentic AI experience for contact-center scenarios and translate into requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, business stakeholders, and partners to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
• Define success metrics and monitor product performance to drive continuous improvement.
