Intelerad seeks a Product Owner to translate strategy into a clear backlog for engineering and design. You will own the backlog for a defined product area, work daily with teams, and ensure that releases deliver customer value aligned with business needs.

You will partner with Product Management and other stakeholders, write user stories with acceptance criteria, refine the backlog, and track sprint progress. Strong Agile, Jira/Azure DevOps, and cloud/SaaS familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, technology, or related.
• 2-4 years as Product Owner, BA, or related agile role in software.
• Experience with backlog and sprint management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to translate strategy and customer needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams and leading technical discussions on feasibility and sequencing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to requirements and quality.

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for an assigned product area, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner daily with engineering and design across the development lifecycle - refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives - making timely trade-off decisions on scope, sequencing, and priority.
• Validate that delivered features meet acceptance criteria and intended outcomes, serving as the day-to-day contact for requirements and priority.
• Gather input from Sales, Customer Success, Support, and customers to inform backlog refinement and market research.
• Track and report on sprint and release progress, velocity, and delivery metrics, flagging risks and incorporating feedback into iterations.
