Job summary

The ideal candidate will write user stories, prioritize features, and work closely with developers and QA, participating in sprint ceremonies and continuously aligning product work with stakeholder goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/BA or related field.
• 5+ years in product management or ownership.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum.
• Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories.
• Hands-on with Jira/Confluence or similar PM tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create and prioritize the product backlog.
• Write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development and QA to ensure requirements are understood.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Identify product enhancements and new features with stakeholders.
• Prioritize based on customer needs, business objectives, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality.
• Monitor KPIs and feedback to guide product decisions.
• Coordinate product releases and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Manage scope changes and resolve requirement-related issues.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
