Job summary

Intelerad seeks a Product Owner/Technical Product Manager to own and prioritize the Universal Gateway backlog, the ingress/egress layer for DICOM and HL7 traffic into our cloud platform.

You will translate the Product Manager vision into engineering decisions, write clear user stories for DICOM DIMSE, DICOMweb, HL7 v2, and imaging ingestion, and collaborate with platform engineering, SRE, and hosting teams to ensure reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or integration engineer, with 2+ years on platform/infrastructure products.
• Hands-on DICOM and HL7 v2 knowledge, plus agile/scrum experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure: AWS, containers, infrastructure‑as‑code, networking, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Define non‑functional requirements such as failover SLA, RTO/RPO, multi‑AZ high availability, and throughput.
