Job summary

Intelerad is seeking a Software Architect to design and enhance our build and delivery infrastructure within a regulated healthcare environment. You will translate cloud-native best practices into reliable pipelines, automation, and tooling that enable R&D teams to ship high-quality software.

You will collaborate with senior architects and developers, own technical outcomes, and contribute to platform roadmaps while guiding teams on CI/CD, Kubernetes, IaC, and security standards, documenting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a software architect.
• Deploying and operating containerized applications using Kubernetes.
• Building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud, Microsoft tech stack.
• Linux/Unix environments with shell scripting.
• Hands-on use of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Working knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent).
• Experience developing IaaS or PaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT software or regulated environments.
• Experience with web development or full-stack technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver platform components: own design and improvement of defined components of the build and delivery platform.
• Enable development teams: guide teams in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and Kubernetes-based orchestration.
• Build product features to architectural standards across Intelerad's products.
• Contribute to technical direction: collaborate on roadmaps, tool evaluations, and standards.
• Plan and report on delivery: scope work, gather requirements, and estimate effort.
