Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level roles.
• Proven track record managing engagements for teams of 5+ full-time employees.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear business and technical requirements.
• Healthcare domain knowledge with understanding of healthcare systems and challenges.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR or other healthcare compliance standards.
• Experience handling PHI/PII in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with English proficiency at a C1 level.
• Experience managing customer relationships and data integration across systems.
• Nice to have API-enabled product experience and integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments.
• Background in Med Devices/MedTech/Medical Devices industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align diverse interests.
• User-centric design awareness (UX/UI) for intuitive products.
• Knowledge of data quality and governance practices.
• Experience with cloud data services, preferably AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB).
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Confirm feasibility of requirements with Engineering Lead and proposed solution.
• Maintain consistent, timely communication with Product Manager, stakeholders, and development teams.
• Produce high-quality technical project and product documentation with engineers and product managers.
• Write clear descriptions and acceptance criteria for user stories and secure approvals.
• Define and manage both functional and non-functional requirements across the product lifecycle.
• Own the product backlog and ensure it remains healthy and well-groomed.

• Collaborate with the Engineering Lead and Product Manager to define feature requirements, including integrations with third-party services
• Partner with the Engineering Lead to confirm that all feature requirements can be effectively addressed by the proposed solution
• Maintain consistent, timely communication with the Product Manager, stakeholders, and development teams
• Work alongside engineers and product managers to produce high-quality technical project and product documentation
• Write clear descriptions and acceptance criteria for user stories, securing approval from the technical product owner
• Define and manage both functional and non-functional requirements throughout the product lifecycle
• Own the responsibility for maintaining a healthy, well-groomed product backlog

Requirements
