Job Title

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management platforms
• Certification in Product Ownership or Agile (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus
• 4+ years in Healthcare domain
• 5+ years onsite client‑facing experience

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment with product goals
• Engage directly with clients onsite to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and provide timely updates
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of product features
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and sprint reviews
• Monitor product performance, gather client feedback, and propose enhancements based on market and business insights

Required Skills & Experience

• Healthcare Domain Expertise: Minimum 4 years in payer, provider, EHR systems, revenue cycle, claims processing, or other healthcare‑related projects
• Onsite Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct client‑facing engagement
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions aligned with business objectives

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare regulatory standards: HIPAA, HL7, FHIR
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile tools
• Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent
