Job summary

Qualysoft GmbH is seeking a Product Owner with a technical background in Data, Analytics, or Business to drive data-driven products and solutions.

You will own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria while collaborating with Data Engineers, BI Developers, Analysts, and stakeholders to deliver reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analytics, BI reporting, or data platforms.
• Proven track record of owning data-driven products from idea to delivery.
• Strong communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support the development team throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Platforms.
• Ability to work with technical teams and understand data flows, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
