JD:
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog for SWIFT payments and ISO20022 initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and data requirements related to SWIFT payments and ISO20022.
• Gather requirements from business units and translate those to developers, architects, and testers.
• Document functional requirements (in the form of user stories), analyze requirements in the context of software and processes.
• Possess a deep understanding of SWIFT payments, ISO20022 standards, and related financial messaging protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct data analysis and coordinate with QA and UAT teams.
• Work with development and support teams on production issues as needed.
• Collaborate with the product/business team and end-users to deliver functionalities while maintaining quality.
• Refine business requirements, prioritizing the product and sprint backlogs into actionable stories.
• Act as a liaison between product teams, business users, and technical teams to deliver tangible outcomes.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in the financial services industry.
