Custom Business Solutions, a Michigan-based talent agency, is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner for a hybrid or remote opportunity in West Michigan. Qualified candidates submitting an application will be considered for this contract role. Candidates should have a development background in Azure/.NET/C#.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience developing native Azure Cloud-based applications
• SAFe or Agile experience with the ability to lead backlog refinement sessions and demos
• Strong understanding of Azure apps (Logic Apps, Functions) and Azure DevOps or similar tools (Jira)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take ownership of applications and collaborate with development teams to provide guidance and direction
• Build out backlog, approve cards, move them to completion, manage code deployment, and lead development team members

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with Confluent Kafka
• Experience with non-credit payment methods and government assistance program implementation for e-commerce solutions
