What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on strategic goals and product vision
- Regularly interact with stakeholders to understand business value and prioritize work
- Monitor vendor application release calendars and communicate updates to the product roadmap
- Lead the product team in building subject matter expertise and ownership of the product
- Ensure product documentation, release notes, and user guides are created and maintained

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience as a product owner in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial banking industry experience with knowledge of banking applications preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with product management tools, such as Jira

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) are highly desired
- Experience stepping into new markets and translating requirements into a coherent product vision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to influence others in a collaborative setting
