Position Summary

We are looking for a Technology Product Owner to organize, prioritize, and assess work for our MCDS scrum teams. As a Technology Product Owner with Mortgage Connect Document Solutions, you will add value by prioritizing the right work at the right times and ensuring team alignment on the reasoning behind that work—to help ensure the continuous delivery of value to our users. The product owner partners with the MCDS IT Technology team and the MCDS line of business team to help create a product vision for all MCDS products.

Responsibilities

1. Gather and communicate business requirements and ROIs via a standardized intake process to the MCDS IT Technology team.
2. Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap.
3. Assist with final prioritization of business asks against MCDS's backlog.
4. Review and approve new release functionalities and test cases.
5. Assist with setting sprint goals and planning releases.
6. Monitor progress and address production issues during sprints.
7. Report to stakeholders and executives on key projects via roadmaps and meetings.
8. Manage all MCDS product documentation.
9. Analyze end-user requests and refine agile methodologies.
10. Keep track of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
• Experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
