About The Role

What You'll Do
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements
  • Support the enhancement, optimization, and ongoing utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Collaborate with business, operational, and technology teams to develop and implement solutions that improve processes and user experiences
  • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for increased efficiency, automation, and optimization
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and communications that support data-driven decision making
  • Work with internal teams and vendors to support CRM-related initiatives and enhancements
  • Monitor project progress, manage competing priorities, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
  • Support strategic planning efforts and contribute to organizational growth initiatives
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, CRM administration, project coordination, or strategic initiatives
  • Experience supporting or working within Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and leading efforts across multiple teams
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing strategies and executing plans that support organizational objectives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience within healthcare or another highly regulated industry (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality and best practices (preferred)
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) (preferred)
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies (preferred)
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects involving business, operational, and technology stakeholders (preferred)
  • Experience managing vendor and external partner relationships (preferred)
  • PMP certification or formal project management training (preferred)
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, workflow automation, and process improvement initiatives (preferred)
